Anti-spam protection
Detects rapid message spam and mass mentions before they turn into a server-wide problem.
Discord security · moderation · protection
Rin is a Discord security and moderation bot built to protect servers without turning setup into a mess. Configure core systems, automate routine moderation, and keep important activity logged in one place.
What Rin does
Rin focuses on moderation, automation and security features a real Discord server can actually use. Each major system can be enabled or disabled per server.
Detects rapid message spam and mass mentions before they turn into a server-wide problem.
Ban, kick, timeout, purge, warn and manage members with slash commands or Rin's comma prefix.
Tracks joins, leaves, moderation actions, deleted messages and other useful server activity.
Detect recently created accounts and restrict them before they receive normal server access.
Automatically assign a configured member role when someone joins the server.
Configure a honeypot channel that removes suspicious accounts if they post where they should not.
Components V2 welcome messages with up to two configurable buttons for links or role actions.
Turn logging, security, auto-role, account-age, honeypot and welcome systems on or off.
Use Discord slash commands or the , prefix for quick moderation and configuration.
Built around modules
Rin keeps its main systems separate so server owners can keep the bot simple instead of switching on everything at once.
Who made Rin?
Rin is built and maintained by Izzy. The project started as a lightweight Discord security bot focused on moderation, server protection and automation, with a dashboard designed around the same server settings.
The goal is simple: keep Rin useful, clean, configurable, and easy to understand without filling it with unnecessary features.
